Marymound is honoured to announce a transformational $500,000 gift from The Winnipeg Foundation in support of the Prairie Tides Healing Home.

Anticipated to open in Spring 2026, the Prairie Tides Healing Home will offer 24/7 live-in, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care for youth in Manitoba navigating substance use, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Programming will incorporate land-based learning, relational care, and cultural connection alongside individualized therapeutic and educational supports.

This generous investment will help strengthen the physical environment, programming, and clinical supports that will surround youth with safety, dignity, belonging, and opportunity for growth.

We are deeply grateful to The Winnipeg Foundation for their partnership and shared commitment to strengthening care for youth and families across our community. Together, we are building a space where healing is grounded in culture, relationship, and evidence-informed practice.
