This year, GFIT was proud to donate Christmas hampers to two local families through the Christmas Cheer Board.

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to support a range of incredible organizations, including cancer care initiatives, the Children’s Wish Foundation, the Canadian Mental Health Association, Canadian cancer Society, Cancer care, Manitoba and Winnipeg Harvest.

But there’s something about supporting families during the holidays that hits differently.

We’re grateful to be in a position to extend our impact beyond fitness and into the lives of families who need it most.

But it’s not just about the calorie intake or even about macros - she eats mainly whole foods, with plenty of micronutrients and has very consistent meal timing. All of the pieces of the puzzle are key!
