🎤New podcast! It’s day. I really appreciate how this movement has grown and how we’ve become more open to talking about mental health.

I’ve recorded a new podcast (first in 3.5 years) about my experience having a mental and being hospitalized and diagnosed with back in spring 2020, when the world was getting acquainted with COVID-19.

I share about what bipolar is and how I experience it. The positive affects of finding the right medication, and how to support someone having a mental health crisis.
