Four couples or groups of friends or co-workers. I have travelled in Italy extensively since 2006 and have discovered a treasure trove of locations from Campania to the Veneto that are my personal favourites - inspired restaurants, historical cities overlooked by the guidebooks, magnificent markets, and unsurpassed wineries that have supplied my restaurant in years past. We only stay in castles and villas- we cook together and dine together, and I show you the Italy I LOVE.
