I’ve been part of the Essential Health Clinic team, working alongside Dr. Becky and Crystal, for what feels like a lifetime — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with extensive training and experience in lymphatic drainage. Over the years, I’ve learned that the body works as one connected system, so my treatments are always about looking at the bigger picture. During each session, my goal is to ease physical tension while also helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced overall. My pressure tends to be moderate to firm — enough to be effective but still relaxing.

1. Many clients assume I have two kids — but I’m actually a proud mom to one teenage boy and a very spoiled dog. 🐕

Hi, I’m Dina! 👋�I’m an Osteopath at Essential Health. I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, which sparked my passion for alternative health and inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Osteopathy.

A few fun facts about me:
🇪🇬 I moved from Egypt to Canada when I was just 2 years old.
🥗 I’m the designated salad maker at all family gatherings!
🏀 I played basketball and was part of my high school sports team growing up.
💪 I like to think of Osteopathy as being a mechanic for the body — I help tune you up so you can keep moving strong!

My treatments take a whole-body approach, addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
�Osteopathy is based on a few key principles:
✨The body is a unit — mind, body, and spirit.
✨The body has the innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
