This Is safe sleep week and we want to remind you that your safest option for 👶🏼💤 is: 👇🏼

Help your baby sleep safely by following the ABCs of safe sleep:

🄰 Your baby should sleep ALONE on their own bed, in the same room as you.

🄱 Always place your baby on their BACK for every sleep.

🄲 Use a CRIB or bassinet that meets safety standards and keep it clear of soft objects like pillows or quilts.

Creating safe sleep habits can save lives!

Join us for a relaxed and creative evening designed for all experience levels. Whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush or you love to paint, this class is welcoming, stress-free, and fun. Arrive, meet your instructor Kim and mingle with fellow guests while enjoying some delicious snacks and mocktails. Guided instruction is given as you work step-by-step on a basic art piece suitable for all skill levels. You’ll be supported throughout the process and encouraged to make the piece your own.

Spaces are limited so please visit www.vfrc.ca to register. You will be contacted to confirm your spot at this event or be placed on a waitlist in case of cancellations. Priority is given to those who currently attend programs here at the Centre.

It's Monday, and you know what that means.......MONDAY MOVERS!!! 😍 Join us every Monday afternoon from 1-2:30 p.m. here at the main centre for a fun drop-in playgroup geared towards children ages 0-3 years and their parents/caregivers. No registration required for this program.

We are pleased to invite families to join us for a relaxed and engaging series of events where you can discover your inner creativity WHILE connecting with your family! 🤩🍕 Please read carefully below 👇

Our Pizza and Projects series brings families together to explore hands-on creative activities while enjoying pizza for supper. Across the program, participants will have the opportunity to try pottery, painting or planting while building confidence and discovering new interests in a supportive, family friendly environment. This free one-day class in Perth is perfect for anyone who wants to learn and prepare for baby's arrival, but maybe cannot commit to our usual 6 week class.
