Ten years ago, my life changed forever when I became a Canadian Red Cross First Aid Instructor.
Ten years. Thousands of learners. More moments than I could ever count.
I am deeply grateful to every learner, every client, and every organization that has trusted me over the years. Each course, each conversation, and each shared experience has helped shape not only First Class First Aid, but me as an instructor.
Teaching life-saving skills in my community and in workplaces across the region is something I never take for granted. It is a privilege and an honour to do work that truly matters — work that helps people feel prepared, confident, and capable when it counts most.
Thank you for the trust, the support, and the opportunity to do what I love every day.
One decade down, and grateful to be starting the next.
