I’m not just a hands on practitioner. As a business owner I am at the clinic on average 6 sometimes 7 days a week to make sure everything gets done behind the scenes. I wear all of the hats and it’s my priority is to make sure you have a clean, tidy, sanitized and healthy space when you come in for a treatment. Relaxation and healing is always a priority and I do welcome any feedback to help ensure we maintain a high standard here at R&RMTs.

We are very excited to welcome Valerie Taylor, RMT, FST to the R&RMTs team.
Valerie has been a Registered Massage Therapist since October 2023 and has been practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) since June 2019. She is also sports massage certified and works with a wide range of clients, from children to high-level athletes. Valerie offers both therapeutic and relaxation massage and skillfully integrates FST into her treatments to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and support recovery and performance.
Valerie’s treatment style is client-focused and adaptable, making her a great fit for individuals seeking pain relief, improved movement, athletic support, or overall wellness care.
Outside of the clinic, Valerie is married and a proud mom to her son. She enjoys powerlifting and CrossFit, continuing education, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with Netflix.
Valerie is now accepting appointments on our online booking link, and we are confident many of you will enjoy working with her. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome to our clinic, she is available Mondays, Fridays and some Saturdays.

You may have noticed that we've been a little quiet over here at Journey Well! The last little bit has been difficult for our team for both personal and professional reasons, but we are getting our feet back under us!
