💜 Wishing Dayna All the Best in Her Next Chapter 💜

After 9 wonderful years, our amazing RMT Dayna is embarking on a new career opportunity. Dayna has been my “right-hand gal” since the very beginning — not just a valued colleague, but a dear friend and an important part of R&RMTs.

Her caring, empathetic nature and passion for helping people of all ages feel better have touched countless clients over the years. Dayna has always gone above and beyond to make everyone feel cared for, supported, and understood.

Although she won’t be in the office every day anymore, we know this isn’t goodbye — it’s simply “see you soon.” We’ll miss her laughter, her kindness, and her healing hands more than words can say. 💜

What she does

Dani is a highly trained Manual Osteopath (D.O.M.P) and certified practitioner of the Rolf Method Structural Integration, and she also specialises in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. Her osteopathic approach addresses the body as a whole system — seeking to uncover and release structural tensions, unbalanced patterns and chronic restrictions — rather than simply treating isolated symptoms. 

Her orofacial myofunctional therapy work focuses on the muscles, posture and function of the mouth, tongue, jaw and face — helping with things like oral-rest posture, breathing patterns, swallowing mechanics, and the impact of these on overall alignment, airway health and well-being.

When Dani is working with us at the R&RMTs clinic she is primarily offering oral/facial myofunctional therapy and her Rolf/osteopathy structural-integration sessions. If you’ve been seeking advanced support for jaw/face/airway postures or full-body structural integration, this is an ideal opportunity.
