Happy Monday everybody! 💞 October is now open for online booking for returning clients only. I still have a hold on new clients for now. 💜September is at full capacity aside from any last minute cancellations that may arise. Thank you once again to all of my amazing clients!

✨ Important Update to No-Show Policy ✨

Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for supporting my business and respecting my time as your RMT. To continue providing the best care and availability for all my clients, I’m updating my No-Show Policy effective immediately.

🔔 New Policy:
All missed appointments without 24-hour notice will now be subject to a 100% charge of the service fee.

⏰ Why the change?
No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients who need care miss the opportunity to book, and it impacts my schedule significantly. This adjustment ensures fairness for both myself and my clients.

💡 I understand emergencies happen, and I’ll always handle those situations with compassion and understanding. However, this policy will help keep appointment times available for those who are ready and waiting to book in!

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as I make this shift to better serve everyone. Your respect for this policy is truly appreciated. 💜
