Janna offers a unique and effective approach to helping you with your health and wellbeing concerns. Utilizing a basis of BodyTalk techniques, and incorporating other modalities she's trained in, Janna's sessions provide a truly holistic approach to helping you heal mentally, physically, and emotionally. Mind-body medicine is a way of re-coordinating the mind and the body to function together. It is a way of looking at and treating the whole person, on all levels, which allows for deep and lasting healing to occur. Where we are at in each moment of our lives tells the story of where we've been and the paths we're still on. With the combination of modalities Janna uses during the sessions, all of the different facets that interplay and influence our overall health and wellbeing can be addressed. This happens in a way that is very unique to each individual person, making it even more effective. Since 2007, Janna has completed extensive training within the BodyTalk System, she also has training in a form of Lymphatic
Drainage, Fascial and Visceral release therapies, Reiki, yoga, and most recently in the Franklin Method. She has chosen these modalities specifically as she feels that, in combination, they offer a very effective form of therapy. Just used our new Ashwagandha Ultra-Rich Restorative Cream and I’m officially in love!

The client is struggling with chronic sinus congestion and lymphatic stagnation in the head, face, and neck. We did the usual full body Lymphatic Treatment, but added more specific fascia work on the face, head, and neck. I used the opportunity to try the new product, and with the consistency and smell of the product the client was in an extra level of bliss. (And so was I 😁)
