I’m excited to share that I’m now offering EMDR therapy. 🤍

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a way of helping your brain process experiences that feel stuck, so they don’t keep showing up in the same overwhelming way.
It’s not about erasing memories.
It’s about helping them feel like something that happened in the past—not something you’re still reliving.
I’ll be sharing more about what EMDR is (and isn’t), what sessions look like, and how it can help.
