Expansion is not asking you to rush forward or become someone else. It is asking you to take up more space as who you already are. What is widening now is your capacity to receive, to hold joy, to allow ease, to trust yourself without second-guessing.
There was a time when contraction was necessary. When staying small, careful, or contained kept things stable. That phase taught you discernment. But you are no longer meant to live inside those walls. Expansion is arriving because you have built enough inner safety to stretch without breaking.
You may feel it as restlessness, curiosity, or a quiet knowing that there is “more” available to you now. This is not dissatisfaction it is readiness. Your energy is outgrowing old limits, old roles, and old expectations.
Expansion will not demand that you exhaust yourself. It will feel like relief. Like breath returning to places that were tight. Like permission to want more without guilt.
