Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! Classes start back on Monday 6th Jan at Gledholt Methodist Hall, 7-8.30 for a 6 week block. Looking forward to seeing everyone and anyone new who wants to join.

Want to know a little more about our yoga classes? Please have a read below :)

Classes combine practices of movement (Asana), breathing and relaxation together, to increase self-awareness as we explore our physical, emotional and thinking selves. This holistic approach gives you a chance to listen to your body, through movements that support health and wellbeing beyond the session, using themes to consider how to translate what happens on the mat into everyday life.
The 90 minute sessions give you space and time to exploring the balance between movement and quality of movement, breath and deep relaxation. We work with a spirit of curiosity and acceptance, while becoming familiar with traditional asana and other practices.

Adaptable, staged approaches are integral to include all levels of yoga experience. We focus on trusting and noticing what you need in a session in a non-competitive environment. I am always happy to discuss any personal goals or adaptations to make it as inclusive and supportive as possible.
Since April 2022 these classes have grown into a friendly yoga community which can be life enhancing and supportive. Any enquiries around joining are welcomed! 😊
