Six years ago, a group of us gathered online looking for movement and connection during a strange moment in the world. What has grown since then is something steadier and stronger: a small, committed group of women practicing together three times a week.

I’ve grown as a teacher, and we’ve grown together. I don’t take any of that lightly. 🤍

Life feels demanding these days. And loud. And I know I’m not the only one. The practice helps us return to what is steady beneath the noise. Happy April, friends…this will be our focus for a good while across all of my classes. ❤️

At the end of a full week, I’m lingering on what the practice teaches us about moving through shifting states. Long exhales that soften the body after effort. The pause between breaths, where stillness holds possibility. Grief and growth. Nesting and creating. The work is not to hold onto one state, but to keep listening and breathing through them all.

Reminder: Our cracks don’t erase our purpose. The faultlines may be carved deep. But being undone or unsteady doesn’t disqualify us from walking alongside others. Often, it’s exactly this tenderness that lets us recognize one another.

We meet on the mat to carry that care outward.

Happy New Year! Maybe we’ll make some resolutions and keep them. But let’s also try to rest up, step outside occasionally, drop those shoulders, and say some nice things to ourselves too. Being a human is already hard enough as it is.

I’m expanding my offerings this year! I’ll be in studio on Mondays at 6pm at Lucky Cat for Vibrant Vinyasa. Wednesdays at 7:30pm and Fridays at 5pm at Yoga Loft for Soul Flow.

I’ll have lots of private and online offerings too. Reach out to me, and I will fill you in. Here’s to 2026!

It’s one of my favorite days of the year. On this winter solstice, may we find peace in these dark days that make us yearn for light. May we find an invitation to linger on our sources of light. We honor the darkness. We welcome the light. I’ll see you in the new year. 🤍

Some lessons I seem to forget and have to relearn on the regular: Breathe. Drink water. Move in ways you can. There is no rush and no perfect pace. You are not behind. You are human. So honor the small steps, the big leaps, and the pauses. The end, for now!

It feels SO GOOD to be back to normal (mostly) after that recent health blip! Plenty of chances to meet me on the mat this week and in the future.

This week, I have three more public classes:

💚Soul Flow at Yoga Loft on Wednesday at 7:30pm
💚Vibrant Vinyasa at Lucky Cat on Thursday at 7pm (pst…beginning regularly with Lucky Cat on Monday evenings after the New Year 🎉)
💚Soul Flow at Yoga loft on Friday at 5pm

I’m not accepting new private clients until Spring 2026 BUT I offer several small group yoga classes online. Reach out with questions!!
