Every time I sit down to create a bracelet, I hear a word.
Sometimes it’s peace.
Sometimes it’s forgiveness.
Sometimes it’s healing, abundance, self-love, or health.
It’s different every single time… almost like the stones already know who they’re meant for. 🕊️❤️🌀✨

Each bracelet is infused with Reiki, intention, and the love I pour into every bead I touch.

Seeing these beautiful souls wearing their pieces is the part that fills me the most.

One of my favorite parts of a Reiki session is seeing the shift in someone’s eyes afterward.

They walk in carrying so much stress, emotion, busy thoughts and leave with softness. Calm. Light.

It’s one of the most beautiful reminders of why I love sharing this work. 💫

✨ I walked into the Blissful Besties anniversary event and couldn’t stop staring at this painting. The woman reminded me of my great-great-grandmother. Her long gray hair, the lines on her face and the warmth she carried.

I didn’t know much about her, but I’ve always felt her love around me. Although Reiki originated in Japan and my roots are Mexican, moments like this remind me that healing energy and love are universal. 💫

I had a rough day at work.

I shed some tears, but I let it go.

All I wanted was to come home, move through my little evening routine, and crawl into bed for some self-Reiki.
It’s how I reset.

I don’t always need to fix how I feel. Sometimes I just need to be with it, and let the energy move. 🤍

If you’ve been holding onto heavy energy lately, maybe it’s time to pause and give yourself the same care. You deserve to come back to peace. ✨

✨I was first introduced to Reiki about six years ago. I still remember that first session. At the time, I wasn’t really ready to receive nor did I understand what it was. Looking back now, I see it was the quiet beginning of a journey I was meant to take.

✨Reiki brings me closer to myself and deepens my connection to God. It’s helped me heal things I don’t always have words for. Sometimes it’s emotions or memories that have been quietly sitting in the background. It brings me back to calm, connection, and peace.

✨I love that I can always turn to it, whether it’s for cramps, a headache, a wave of anxiety, or just those moments when life feels heavy. I love sharing it with my daughter when she’s had a rough day or my son before bed.

✨Owning a business can be so rewarding, but it also comes with a lot of stress and pressure. My husband knows this well as he pours himself into running our martial arts studio every day.

Each week, I give him Reiki. It’s become our little ritual- quiet time where he can let go, reset, and just breathe. I bring in oils infused with intention, like the one in this photo, to support the process.

For him, it’s peace and relaxation. For me, it’s the sweetest way I get to support him. ✨

✨Why I Reiki…

• Because a few years ago I carried so much anger. Reiki gave me a way to release it and soften. Now I feel lighter, calmer, and closer to myself.

• Because even small shifts matter. A headache, a heavy heart, or a rough day feels lighter after Reiki. It’s my reset button.

• Because every time I share Reiki with someone, I receive it too. It reminds me healing is meant to flow both ways.

Because life can get overwhelming. Reiki helps me reset so I can show up more patient and loving for my family.

• Because it connects me to God in a way I never expected. Each session feels like prayer, stillness, and peace wrapped into one.

✨A few years ago, I carried so much anger. Simple conversations with certain people would set me off and I felt constantly triggered.

Since working with Reiki, that’s changed. While it’s not religious, it’s helped me let go of those heavy emotions and grow closer to myself and my relationship with God.

I feel lighter, more at peace, and more connected✨

🔥💧Opals are wild- formed from ancient water, known for their flash, and no two are ever the same. I’ve been slowly making these one by one, during quiet pockets of time (aka: nap time hustle). Each one is Reiki-infused and finished with sterling silver.

There are a few shades in this drop- from glowy white to bold fire to ocean blues.
