That’s me officially closed for the year…

As of today (23rd Dec), The Floating Feather is officially closed, cocooned and floating into festive rest mode until Monday 12th January

I just want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who has supported me this year. Whether that’s through bookings, kind words, messages, likes, shares, recommendations or simply cheering me on quietly from the sidelines. Your support truly means more than you’ll ever know and has carried me through another calendar year in business 💫

I intend to fully switch off, rest, reset and restore over the festive break which means I’ll be closed and not replying to messages or enquiries…
(Although if you know me, you’ll know I just can’t help myself )

Until then, I'm wishing cosy vibes, full hearts and a little less rushing about. Thank you for being part of my dream. I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for us all.

Hello you beautiful souls,

This wee post hasn't been easy to put together but I have made the decision to slightly increase my prices as of Jan 1st 2026.

Since starting The Floating Feather Ltd in May 2023 I've kept the prices the same. I kept my promise by continuing with training and bringing new elements and equipment into my practice which has been a large investment for me both time wise and financially.

I'm excited to share that as of 6th November my year's hard work paid off and I gained my certificate and status as 'Mindfulness Teacher' from The Mindfulness Association - something which I'm super proud of and so excited about. I've been introducing these amazing techniques into my practice since last October when I experienced the Mindful Based Living Course for myself. I swore I'd deepen my practice, learn the teachings and share with all.

The changes and growth within the 2 years wouldn't have been possible with you all cheering me on, every like, share, comment and reccommendation is greatly appreciated. I am so grateful and my wee heart is bursting.

All that being said, I hope you can understand my decision.

Please note: Any current appointments already booked for January will remain at December prices and also any new bookings for January will go through at December's prices.

Any vouchers purchased for monetry values - I will honour December prices too.

Winter Solstice

A Time to Rest and Reflect as we move through the longest night of the year.

As the earth turns gently and the darkness reaches its peak, we are reminded of the beauty in stillness and the promise of returning light.

May this Winter Solstice be a moment to:

Rest deeply, allowing your body and mind to slow.
Reflect on the year past, with gratitude for growth and lessons.
Set gentle intentions for the new cycle of light ahead.

Even in the darkest night, the light is quietly returning. I hope you can feel a bit of warmth tonight and give yourself permission to slow right down.

Pop a little wax melt or some essential oils (diluted with a little water) in the hanging bowl (moon)or the top of the burner (mandala) light the candle and fill your room with your favourite scents.
