Good evening beautiful souls.

The Beaver Supermoon rises tonight and the glow of firelight fills the air. Take a slow deep breath.
This is your invitation to pause. To let go. To settle.

Earlier today we talked about tending to your inner world. Gathering warmth and preparing for a gentler pace as winter draws near. Tonight, under the moon’s glow, it’s time to soften even more and release what no longer needs to travel with you.

You might light a candle, wrap yourself in something cosy and take a few quiet moments to breathe. The light of this full moon helps illuminate what’s been hidden. This could be in the form of old emotions, tension or habits ready to be cleared.

In my sessions, I often see how much shifts when we allow space for release. Reiki and sound working together to balance the body and calm the mind. Your journaling practice tonight can mirror that same sense of clearing and renewal.

So here's your journal prompt for tonight:

“What am I ready to release under this Beaver Supermoon and what do I wish to make space for as winter settles in?”

“I release with love and make space for peace.”

Full 'Beaver' Super Moon ~ Nov 25

Tonight’s full moon is a supermoon! Appearing larger and brighter in the sky because it’s at its closest point to Earth in its orbit. This closeness doesn’t just make it more beautiful to look at, many people also feel its energy more intensely, emotionally and spiritually.

The Beaver Moon takes its name from the season when beavers prepare their homes for winter. Think gathering, building and settling before the cold of the winter really sets in.

It carries the same message for us - to tend to our inner world, make things cosy and prepare for a gentler pace as we move into the darker months.

Because this full moon is a supermoon, its pull is stronger. It can stir emotions, heighten intuition and illuminate areas of our lives ready for release or closure. You might feel more sensitive or reflective today, or perhaps more inspired to make changes that align with your inner truth.

This luminous moon reminds us that release is part of renewal and that there’s beauty in slowing down and trusting the natural flow of the seasons.

As you move through your day, let this be your gentle focus ahead of tonight’s journaling exercise. Think about what in life you feel ready to release and what you can do to create warmth, safety and peace for yourself as winter settles in.

Hey you gorgeous beings!

As October draws to a close and Samhain approaches, we step into a time of stillness and reflection. The veil between what’s been and what’s becoming feels softer. A perfect moment to pause, honour the endings and invite the beginnings quietly waiting ahead.

Samhain reminds us that letting go is sacred too. Just as the trees release their leaves, we can release what no longer serves us.
Reiki, Sound and stillness hold that same energy of renewal, clearing space for light to return. Journaling can be your own ritual of release and renewal, right there on the page.

As October nears its close, the days shorten and the nights lengthen. This season invites us to slow down, turn inward and honour both what has been and what is yet to come.

In my sessions, I notice how natural this pull to rest feels in the body, a chance to exhale, to soften, to listen within. Journaling can mirror that too, offering space to acknowledge what’s shifting and what still anchors us.

Hey beautiful souls, who can believe it's Wednesday again! These weeks are flying by aren't they?!?

As October deepens, the days invite us to slow down and breathe a little more gently. The season itself reminds us that rest and release are part of growth. Nature doesn’t rush and neither should we.

In Reiki and Sound Healing sessions, I often see how the body responds to this quieter rhythm. How tension softens when we allow ourselves to simply be. Journaling can echo that same stillness, offering space to pause and realign.

So! On that note ... here is your wee journal prompt:

“Where in my life am I ready to soften and let things unfold naturally?”

And your wee affirmation:

“I move at the pace my body and soul need.”

In sessions, I often see how writing things down brings clarity people didn’t realise they had. The page can be a mirror that shows us what matters most.

Good evening beautiful souls.

The middle of October often feels like a deep exhale. A time to notice what’s shifting within and around us. Nature slows and we’re reminded to do the same.

In my healing room, I often see how tuning into these quieter rhythms brings a sense of calm and clarity.
Reiki, Sound and Mindfulness each help us realign when life feels scattered and journaling can do the same, offering a steady place to gather our thoughts.

The week may have felt busy or heavy, but Sunday is an invitation to return to yourself. To soften the noise and remember who you are beneath it all.

Through Reiki and sound, I see people reconnect with their own stillness. Journaling can do the same, it's a beautiful way to come a back home to yourself.
