Crystallization is a natural sign that your honey is 100% raw and unfiltered — no additives, no shortcuts, just the good stuff straight from the hive.

🐝Want it smooth again?

Here’s how to de-crystallize your Honey:
Place the jar in a bowl of warm water (not boiling!).
Stir gently as it warms up.
Watch it return to its golden, silky flow.

Pro tip: Store your honey at room temperature — never in the fridge — to keep it smooth longer.

Drum Roll Please- 🥁

We are pleased to announce our Hive of the Year!

Hive 1-

The girls in this hive produced 198 pounds of honey 🍯 this year, making it the most productive!! Our queen Shirley was featured as June’s bee 🐝 of the month!

Runner up was Hive 7- which produced a respectable amount!

We still have plenty of spring honey left and a few dark minis, stop by and stock up for the upcoming cold weather!
