Right now, I bet there's something that feels impossible for you to tackle. Like planning a 4-meal Yom Tov menu when you're hosting your mother-in-law and put-together sister in law. Just thinking about them seeing the state of your kitchen makes you want to hide forever.

And no matter how many times you promise yourself, "Next time, I'll start cooking earlier", urgent fires keep crowding out your good intentions.

And so you freeze, flee, and find yourself doom-scrolling. And feeling ashamed of your lack of self-discipline.

You've tried the pretty planner. Timers, Pomodoro, habit trackers, accountability buddies... and caffeine, so much caffeine!

And still, your brain keeps getting hijacked by emotions.

THAT's the reason you can't get your stuff done.

👉🏻Your "feeling brain" is blocking your "doing" brain.👈🏻

Living with ADHD can trigger intense emotions, like shame, frustration, and despair. When that happens, practical skills like planning, starting, deciding, get pushed aside. It’s normal. It happens to everyone when emotions are big enough.

But for you, ignoring your emotions to focus on the practical is a day-to-day struggle.

You're not lazy or broken. You’re just wired differently than 80% of the people.

When you learn how to give the feeling part of your brain time to settle, you create space for level-headedness, focus and follow-through to re-emerge—enough to choose the next doable step.

This is a big part of what I help my clients to do.

If you’re stuck in overwhelm, spinning in indecision, or panicking about how little you’ve started…

🪄 I literally have a magic spell for you!

Its called EFT Tapping and it's my #1 go-to tool for "settling your feeling brain" . Think of it as sweeping the pathway, so that you can easily access the ex*****on tools housed in your "doing brain".

And once you learn this powerful method for yourself, you'll get calm, focused and motivated within minutes!

Let me teach you how to get back in the driver's seat!

👉🏻For a short time, I’m offering EFT Tapping sessions at a reduced rate:

NIS 300 + VAT / USD 110 for a 60-min Zoom session
(Usually NIS 450 / USD 130)

What an honor to present yesterday at the conference on how to be financially smart with ADHD. For the third year in a row, Rifka Lebowitz created and organized this fantastically run an incredibly helpful conference at Nefesh B'Nefesh . I loved the practical tips from Stefanie Levit s talk on budgeting, and of course if you didn't pose in a photo with Lesley Kaplan , were you even really there? So good to catch up with many other colleagues and friends, and especially delightful to meet some past clients in real life!

I’m honored and excited to be speaking today about ADHD and money at the Living Financially Smarter In Israel Conference. If you didn’t grab a ticket in time, no worries. I still want to share something with you...

Right now, money might feel like a monster under the bed. You’re feeling stressed out about it and avoid it. Then you try a little retail therapy to ease the anxiety and make yourself feel better. But that quick fix often backfires, causing conflict at home and even more anxiety.

I know, because that was me a few years back.

The turning point came when I stopped ignoring my bank account and started tracking my spending. Almost immediately, I felt more in control.

👉So here are 3 ADHD-Friendly Money Moves I Made to Get & Stay on Top of Our Family Finances:

1️⃣ Weekly money check-ins, before Shabbat. Friday became my ritual for tracking spending. The built-in Shabbat deadline gave me structure I could stick with.
2️⃣ Goodbye, 1-Click. I disabled "1-Click-Buy" on Amazon and Kindle. That one small tweak slowed down my impulse purchases, and it worked.
3️⃣ Automation = liberation. I automated every recurring bill I could. No more late fees. No more "ADHD tax".

Oh, and I didn’t do it alone. I hired someone to guide me and hold me accountable—until I could handle it solo. Because...

👉“If you spend your life trying to be good at everything, you will never be great at anything.”👈

And things got so much better.

✅Less tension in my marriage.
✅The relief of finally feeling like I could "adult" this one area.
✅More energy for the things I actually care about.

Because that’s the whole point, isn’t it? Peace of mind and freedom to focus on what matters most.
And I want that for you, too.

If you're tired of doing it all on your own - managing finances, work, home, the daily juggle of planning and time management, plus the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of your family...You don't have to keep struggling.

That’s what my JDHD coaching is all about: giving you the structure, support, and accountability to build systems that actually work for your brain and your life.

Dm me if that's the kind of support you're looking for.

Your teen is bright, creative and kind. But they're just not getting anywhere near to reaching their potential -

They forget their books at home.
Lose their phone 3 times a day.
You're afraid if you enter their room, you'll never find your way out!

Or maybe they are putting in 400% effort and still coming up short with their results.
They're anxious and it hurts to see them constantly demand perfection of themselves.

It's s so hard for you to watch your sparkly, life-loving child turn into a teen carrying such a heavy burden.

You've tried a million times to teach them how to be organized. But like most teens, if it comes from mom or dad, it's lame and outdated!

That's where I come in.

As a remedial teacher and ADHD coach, I've spent 30 years helping kids feel understood and develop into the amazing adults that they truly can be.

New service added to my coaching practice: teen organization coaching!

This new service brings together my experience as a teacher, ADHD coach, and mind-body emotional practitioner, to give kids what they truly need: practical tools to teach them how to take charge of their time, their tasks and themselves; combined with self-esteem and emotional resilience building techniques.

As we jump back into the new school year, I have only 2 afternoon spots available. DM me today to get your teen started on the Junior Coaching program right away!

So that they can finally feel hopeful, successful and shine with lasting confidence - from the inside out.

While ADHDers do struggle with parts of being their own boss, there is no doubt that entrepreneurship plays to our strengths and can be harnessed for a fulfilling and successful career. I personally have been "employed" solely by this (sometimes mean) boss in the picture since 2001!

So honored to have my contribution featured in '"Power Talks with Women Entrepreneurs''! Huge thanks to the amazing Lesley Kaplan and all the awesome and impressive women in these pages. If you're a woman in business, you'll get daily inspiration and focused action ideas here.

If you have ADHD and you're your own boss, what do you enjoy most? Where do you struggle most?

My #1 Game-Changer for People with ADHD...

“Stop “should-ing” on yourself” !

I can hear your self-talk, because I was you once:
* I 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 be able to keep the house tidy like all my neighbors.

*I 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 be able to exercise regularly, I know it’s good for me!

*I 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 be able to wash the dishes at night. It’s not rocket science!

This kind of thinking leaves you frustrated, disheartened and frankly, ashamed.

👉The real reason you feel so bad is that you are comparing yourself to others, mostly to people who don't have the same struggles with ex*****on that you have. That neighbor, your sister-in-law and the rebbetzin - they don't have ADHD.

Diabetics don't think to themselves, " I should be able to control my own sugar levels! Insulin is a crutch and I'm weak for needing it!"

Instead of beating yourself up, learn how to build an easier, happier and more organized life that works for YOU.

I will show you how to:

✅Set realistic goals for building your organizational skills.

✅ Discover the ADHD-friendly supports and tools that work best for you.

✅ Compare your performance to YOUR past, not to the performance of others.

✅ Build systems and habits together with you so that you can beat overwhelm and decision-fatigue forever!

My September schedule is set up and I only have a few spots left.

Don’t wait until “achrei hachagim”! There's still time to make 2025 the year you stopped “shoulding” and started “believing” in yourself!

The reason your teen struggles in school is not because they're not trying hard enough!

Right now you feel like you’re grasping at straws. It seems like you’ve tried everything: Private lessons, academic accommodations, therapy, horse-riding.. You name it!
And still your teen feels overwhelmed, embarrassed and incompetent most of the time.

What no-one has told you before is that, while some kids are naturally wired with organizational skills, others (like those with ADHD) need explicit skills training.

While some kids figure out how to pick up their room or how to plan a study schedule others need more direction to learn planning, prioritization, and follow through.

It’s not that they’re not motivated to do homework, meet up with a friend, or household chores (well, maybe not chores ;-) ), it’s just that they haven't learned a step-by-step system that works WITH their neurodivergent brain.

That’s where I come in.

As a certified ADHD coach and teacher, I help teens chunk down processes into manageable steps so they stay on task, feel capable, and regain confidence in their unique genius — and actually get things done.

The confidence ends up spilling over way beyond the classroom.

Take my client D for example.

Before we started working together, her mom said that "Getting started on practicing piano without a meltdown is hard. It's always a huge fight but then she loves it once she gets started."

A few weeks later, she forwarded me this message from the piano teacher: "Amazing lesson! Did 2 whole pieces, from a new book ... She's a star!"

As we jump back into the new school year, I have only 2 afternoon spots available. DM me today to get your teen started on the Junior Coaching program right away, so that s/he’ll feel and be successful.

And next year’s back-to-school photo will be one you'll want to frame!

Schedules and routines can feel so unnatural and even confining to ADHDers. This amazingly resourceful client found another way to get stuff done by
-leaning into her own natural energy levels and
-forgiving herself for the days when laundry DID feel impossible, -while trusting herself and remembering that living with ADHD means having days where some things feel impossible but also other days when they don't.

Perfection is the enemy of good.

Procrastinators have trouble starting. But you can also get stuck near the end, trying to get it perfect.

Trying to get it perfect, overpreparing, over-tweaking.... That extra stress gets in the way of producing something GOOD.

And what else do you end up neglecting or missing out on when you get stuck in perfecting? The End😊
