This might sting a bit

People repeat pain because they like it.

Your nervous system prefers predictability- known pain, seems safer than unknown relief.

This why people stay in bizarre pattens, replaying over and over again they consciously hate, people think

“oh they are just self-sabotaging, being self-destructive, no,

it’s just familiarity .

Wednesday morning cue

Behaviour cue-
Nostril flaring or technical term -Wing Dilation.

This is subtle cue and happens very quickly.

When we are under stress and our heartbeat faster, our bodies say “I need more oxygen”, Because you about to get a shed load of adrenaline.

If this happens in a social setting, instead of us taking a huge breath, our noses flare so we can take in more oxygen without alerting people to it.

You will also notice this cue when someone is intently listening to someone who they are attracted to or aroused by.

Always remember
Context
Clusters

I have just seen a post and it just reminded me of who you blame

Locus of Control: Which one are you?

Internal Locus of Control:
• Individuals believe they are in control of their life outcomes.
• They attribute success or failure to their own efforts, skills, and decisions.

• Characteristics:
High sense of responsibility.
Proactive and motivated to take action.
Likely to engage in self-improvement and goal-setting.

External Locus of Control:
• Individuals believe external factors (e.g., fate, luck, or other people) dictate their life
outcomes.
• They attribute events to circumstances beyond their control.

Characteristics:
Passive or reactive approach to challenges.
Prone to blame external forces for setbacks.
May feel powerless or dependent on others.

Weird question, but stay with me.

If someone handed you the actual manual for being human...what would you do with it?

Not a self-help book. Not a TED talk. The real thing. The one that explains why people do what they do, why YOU do what you do, and what to actually press when life hands you a situation you've never seen before.

Most people say they'd read it. They wouldn't.

They'd put it on the nightstand. Read three pages. Get distracted. Tell themselves they'll come back to it. They won't.

Because the truth is most people don't actually want the manual. They want the FEELING of having it. They want to tell their friends they're working on themselves while quietly running the same broken playbook they've been running for a decade.

The ones who change...the ones who actually shift....they don't read the manual cover to cover.

Stop scrolling for 10 seconds.

If you've been hanging around the free side of this community for a while, there's something you already know but probably haven't said out loud:

You're getting glimpses. Not the full thing.

Imagine showing up next Monday with the exact playbook the premium members are using right now.

The conversations they're having.

The feedback they're getting.

The stuff that doesn't get posted publicly because it's too specific, too tactical, too good to put out for free.

That's what's behind the door.

Doors open this week. If you've been on the fence......this is your sign.

Most people don’t fail because they lack skill…
they fail because they misread people.

The FATE System is the engine behind The Behavioural Intelligence Lab, the behavioural framework that rewires how you see the world.

FOCUS – You lock onto micro-signals others never notice.

AUTHORITY – You project calm, controlled presence without effort.

TRIBE – You train inside a community that normalises mastery.

EMOTION – You read the limbic system where real decisions happen.

This is how entrepreneurs become the most perceptive person in the room.

FATE overrides instinct.
FATE rewires perception.
FATE changes behaviour.

The Subtle Art of Micro expressions.

Understanding Micro expressions
Micro expressions are brief, involuntary facial expressions that occur in response to emotions.

They typically last only a fraction of a second and can reveal a person's true feelings, even when they are trying to conceal them.

Reasons Behind Micro expressions

Emotional Leakage Micro expressions occur because emotions are difficult to completely suppress, and they "leak" out through these quick facial movements.

Universal Emotions

They are linked to universal emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, fear, surprise, and disgust, making them a reliable indicator of genuine feelings.

Involuntary Nature

Unlike regular facial expressions, micro expressions are involuntary and happen automatically, providing a glimpse into a person's subconscious emotions.

Next time you're in a conversation, pay attention to these fleeting expressions.

They can offer valuable insights into the other person's true emotions!

Behaviour Cue-Eyebrow Narrowing.

The narrowing of the brow is typically associated with anger and is universally recognized as being connected to deep levels of concentration as well.

You will usually see the cue before and during a person is being question and giving an answer and, depending on context, this can indicate a angered response to what is being said or happening.

1=Narrowing brow associated with anger
2=Narrowing brow associated with contemplation

Remember context and cluster of cues before you make a decision that “This means That”

Most people think they’re good at reading people.

They’re not.

Here’s a quick test.

If someone suddenly:
• crosses their arms
• blinks faster
• shifts their body away
• stops giving detail in their answers

What does it mean?

Most people guess wrong.

And that’s exactly why conversations break down, relationships get confusing, and leaders lose authority.

Inside Behavioural Intelligence lab we train people to read behaviour properly instead of guessing.

Right now there are 163 members learning this skill.

Free members learn the ideas.

Premium members train the skill.

So here’s the question:

What do you think those signals usually mean?

Comment “TEST” and I’ll show you

**Stop guessing. Start reading people with scientific precision.**

Most people think body language is about "gut feelings.
They're wrong.

The **C5 Model**
transforms you from guesser to behavioural scientist:

**CHANGE** - Read the shift, not the gesture
**CONTEXT** - Environment changes everything
**CLUSTERS** - One cue = noise. Three = signal
**CULTURE** - Your normal isn't universal
**CHECKLIST** - Systematic beats subjective

**The difference:**
Gut feeling = Wrong 70% of the time
C5 Method = Elite-level accuracy

**Pro secret:**

Try to disprove your first theory.

This counter-intuitive approach separates pros from amateurs.

Body language isn't mystical. It's methodical.

SUNDAY MORNING

Behaviour Cue- Hushing.

Barbara and Allan Pease (2006) coined this behaviour term.

A person bringing their hands to their faces or their performing any behaviours that cover their mouths, are considered to be hushing gestures.

Hushing occurs when a person become nervous or self-conscious about what they are saying or thinking.

Three normal variations exist for this behaviour.
1-Hushing by covering mouth to cough
2-Hushing by covering lips with fingers
3-Hushing by scratching the nose

Remember clusters as this is also context an other cues is a possible deceptive gesture/cue.

Remember and especially with this one context, what’s happening or being said at the time of the gesture.

Quick reminder for you...those cues you’re using to build reps?
They’re dynamic, not static.

Don’t treat body language like still snapshots.

It’s movement, flow, and transition that matter....

Context~ What happens at the time of the cue

DID YOU KNOW...?

When someone touches or scratches their nose mid conversation, especially after speaking, it’s often a sign of deception or emotional discomfort.

This behaviour isn't random

It’s called a “limbic leakage” cue.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 ~ When we lie, or even just feel uneasy, blood vessels in the nose dilate slightly due to adrenaline.

That causes a light tingle, and that itch needs to be scratched.
So the hand goes up.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 ~ People don’t just touch their nose when they lie they do it when they feel the tension of being evaluated.
That’s where your read comes in.

Your mission isn’t to catch lies.

It’s to catch the conflict behind the words.
