ITS MONDAY!!!!!!!

YOUR MISSION TODAY IS WATCH FOR THE~

Blink Rate.

I want you to go out today and in conversation or watching others just notice the blink rate, don’t count how many times, just notice an increase of decrease.

Because the blink rate will show that High blink rate signal stress and low blink rates show intense focus (not comfort).

Average blink rate 12-17 per min- High BR end 100 per minute = stress Low BR 1-5 per minute = focused.

Your job is to lower the blink rate by increasing focus.

An extra action to take if there is an increase, what was said or happened when the blink rate increased?

Doesn’t mean a person is being deceptive, but something happened to become more stressed.

The Subtle Art of Micro expressions.

Understanding Micro expressions
Micro expressions are brief, involuntary facial expressions that occur in response to emotions.

They typically last only a fraction of a second and can reveal a person's true feelings, even when they are trying to conceal them.

Reasons Behind Micro expressions

Emotional Leakage Micro expressions occur because emotions are difficult to completely suppress, and they "leak" out through these quick facial movements.

Universal Emotions

They are linked to universal emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, fear, surprise, and disgust, making them a reliable indicator of genuine feelings.

Involuntary Nature

Unlike regular facial expressions, micro expressions are involuntary and happen automatically, providing a glimpse into a person's subconscious emotions.

Next time you're in a conversation, pay attention to these fleeting expressions.

They can offer valuable insights into the other person's true emotions!

This might sting a bit

People repeat pain because they like it.

Your nervous system prefers predictability- known pain, seems safer than unknown relief.

This why people stay in bizarre pattens, replaying over and over again they consciously hate, people think

“oh they are just self-sabotaging, being self-destructive, no,

it’s just familiarity .

WHY DISCIPLINE MATTERS IN AREAS

YOU DIDN’T THINK IT DID

7 WAYS TO HACK SELF DISCIPLINE

🔥 Schedule everything

● We wonder why there’s not enough time in the day to get our tasks done, and to make new habits, but when we schedule and block off time, it not only makes us more willing to say ‘NO’ to people, but it also shows you where your time is going every day.

● Use a calendar for planning, at the end of the day, make it into a little diary to show where your time went if you deviated from your planned events that day.

🔥 Track your habits obsessively

● However possible, keep a visual log of how you’re doing. Make measurements of your progress on a daily basis and track your progress. This shows when you’re screwing up and makes it easier to see where you need to focus more of your attention.

🔥 Plan your responses ahead for what you’ll do when temptation arises

● Get ready for everyone to (unknowingly) try to knock you off the rails of success. Make sure you know what you’ll say when it comes up. Don’t let something silly make the difference between you and success.

🔥 Poll your friends - make them be very honest

● Our friends usually know more about our weaknesses than we do. Most of us go our whole lives without knowing the list of flaws other people keep about us. Get that thing out in the open as soon as possible.

🔥 Use visual reminders all over the place

● Sticky notes, dry erase markers on your windows, and note cards taped to the dashboard. Everything helps to remind yourself of what you need to maintain focus on.

🔥 Practice the art of ‘self-deprivation’

● Forego the sugar in the coffee, take a cold shower, do without a heating on, or figure out a way to deprive yourself of something, even if it’s small.

● When we do this, it builds the muscle of discipline and teaches our brain that there’s a new person in town. Over time, it begins to obey more and more.

🔥 Write your goals down. Read them every - single - day

● Not only do you need to read them to remember them, you’re teaching your subconscious what to focus on.

● The subconscious DOES NOT speak English. When you visualise your goals as you read them, it gets the images you’d like to get into your life.

The 1-Second Lie Detector

Is their smile genuine?

Here’s a simple tool you can apply instantly to find out.

There’s one key difference between a real smile and a fake one, and it's not in the smile itself

it's in how it disappears.

🧠 A REAL Smile: This is a chemical reaction to a genuine emotion or memory.

Because it's real, it takes time to fade.

The warmth lingers and slowly withdraws from the face.

🤖 A FAKE Smile: This is just muscle control. There's no genuine emotion behind it.

Watch closely it doesn’t fade, it drops. One second it’s there, the next it's gone completely.

Start noticing this today.

It’s one of the fastest ways to profile a situation and understand the people you’re communicating with.

You'll be astonished by what you see.

DID YOU KNOW...?

When someone touches or scratches their nose mid conversation, especially after speaking, it’s often a sign of deception or emotional discomfort.

This behaviour isn't random.

It’s called a “limbic leakage” cue.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 ~ When we lie, or even just feel uneasy, blood vessels in the nose dilate slightly due to adrenaline.

That causes a light tingle, and that itch needs to be scratched.
So the hand goes up.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 ~ People don’t just touch their nose when they lie they do it when they feel the tension of being evaluated.

That’s where your read comes in.

Your mission isn’t to catch lies.

It’s to catch the conflict behind the words.

Behaviour Cue-Object in Mouth

When a person puts something into their mouth, it is not likely to be a deceptive behaviour.

This behaviour is performed mostly from a need for reassurance or from a sense of uncertainty.

Men and women do this equally .

A good rule of thumb is to assume that when an object or finger passes the barrier of a subject’s lips, the person needs reassurance.

This also includes a particular way a person bites their lips, the lips actually pass their teeth and go into their mouths.

Your cue to reassure
