Emma has helped me so much getting confidence back in my body 🙏🫶 I will miss her and I will continue with my girls at home (Annie, Florence & Tamara get ready !!!! 💪🏽🤸) to work and keep up the battle 🥰🥳💪🏽

Hands down! 😁 Noah is the best coach when it comes to practicing the handstand 🤸 When you are learning a new skill it is crucial you trust your trainer and follow his instructions cause he/she knows best 💪🏽😊 I get one more chance to practice before heading back to 🇨🇭So I’m hoping to be able to stand upside down for a second by myself….❤️🤸🤞

Today, we practiced the Handstand the first time 🤸🥳 I didn’t want to post this first trial but Noah said it was important to video the progress…. 💪🏽I hope these coming days it will look somewhat smoother 🫶😅😅 Thank you, Coach… I love my sessions with you and you help me forget about past injuries and age 🙏😅🤸🤸

Today, halfway through my run I had the pleasure of meeting Noah, Personal Trainer 💪🏽. No, I won’t be doing that stuff… 😂 not this lifetime anyway… But, he will help me (next to Emma ) to get stronger and keep up my fitness until I return to Switzerland 🫶 🙏

Today was upper body day 😅 It’s so challenging for me and my weak area. So this is exactly why I choose to work with a coach who motivates me and encourages me to push forward when I think I can’t … Thank you, Emma 🙏💪🏽🫶

Food Fact 💪🏽 If you train hard you need to eat more 😇 More of healthy foods anyway. For me, on gym days I eat more carbs and on the off days I go lighter with protein and greens🥬 I cook all my meals so I know what goes into it 🫶 I really enjoy my training with Emma and motivation is huge. When I feel like I can’t do another rep, Emma still gets one out of me 😆😅💪🏽💪🏽❤️

With the weekend around the corner, today’s workout seemed even tougher and the Aussie heat is coming down hard…. ☀️ And, I smashed it 💪🏽💪🏽(I love the Aussie slang 🤭)So why do I take personal training myself? For the same reasons you do…. Motivation, consistency and commitment (to name just a few 😇)
