2nd–3rd degree burn on the palm — what determines how it heals? ↓

A thermal injury caused by a hot iron on the right palm.
Initial situation: after blister removal, exposed and highly stressed tissue was visible.

Burn wounds require particular attention.
Three factors are crucial:
• Control of microbial load

Thermal injuries are prone to inflammation,
