Tibetische Entspannungs- und Energiemassage Die tibetische Massage ist eine Ganzkörper-Ölmassage, deren Ziel es ist, Körper und Geist wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen!

Die Entspannungsmassage löst Energieblockaden und hilft den Energiefluss auszugleichen. Sie ist sehr entspannend, gesundheitsfördernd und wirkt stabilisierend auf die Psyche. Gut gegen Nervosität, Stress, Unruhe, Konzentrationsschwäche und Schlafstörungen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit werden dem Kopf und dem Rücken gewidmet. Bei der Energiemassage wird zusätzlich vermehrt an der unteren Körperhälfte gearbeitet. Mit Reibungen wird die Blutzirkulation gesteigert. Die dadurch erzeugte Wärme stärkt auch die Verdauungskraft. Die Vitalität wird verbessert und mehr Energie kann in die Organe geleitet werden. Die Energetische Massage hilft die psychische sowie körperliche Energie wieder aufzubauen und zu stabilisieren. Gut gegen Erschöpfung, Müdigkeit und schlechte Durchblutung.
