Our bodies are genetically programmed to work based on the amount and type of sunlight that enters our eyes and skin. It directly effects how we function on a cellular level.
Can u imagine what happens when we spend an entire day indoors under artificial lighting - our cells optimal signaling and function is deprived!!
Go outside (balcony is totally fine nowadays) several different times of the day and notice the difference in light: during sunrise and sunset our eyes and skin recive signals from red, infra-red and yellow wavelengths, while during the middle of the day bleu, green, violet and ultraviolet.
It won't only improve your overall health but directly effect the quality of your sleep - extremely important to strength your immune system!

Into the neck - towards your ear, pharynx, larynx and heart.
Into the thorax - towards your lungs and thymus.
Into the abdomen - towards your stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, small intestine, large intestine, kidneys, bladder and s*x organs.
