(Berlin) is Guest Teaching this Sunday, January 18th 10.30-12.00.

Expect an ashtanga/jivamukti inspired flow to bring you back to Self through a practice that is powerful, warm, present, and always invitational with many options for all students.

Vera is an 800hs (+) Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher from Berlin, Germany. She completed her training with Sharon Gannon and David Life in Rhinebeck, NY in 2011 and has since continued her education in Jivamukti and Ashtanga Yoga, Sports Anatomy, and Yoga Philosophy. She has been teaching Yoga in Germany and worldwide since 2011. Her classes are influenced by her own practice—powerful, warm, and always present.

She is also a trained lawyer and works for a large international Animal Rights Organisation.

Just a note to say thank you… and I’m so inspired by all that I see you doing this year. Whether continuing your studies with Joan Hyman, completing your 300 hr TT, joining Hugo Abecassis, The fertile ground tt, assisting Richard and Mary, studying days on hands on assists, to raising kids, raising ourselves, submitting for competitions and endless nights, opening studios, changing jobs, facing health opportunites, and continuing to find balance, and finding all that fills our cups… While teaching on the mat- You are all so brilliant and I’m honored to share these times and spaces with you.

Whereever you’re traveling or maybe staying and supporting - wishing you a peaceful time in dark moments and more light coming.
