To the TLG Team,

Just a note to say thank you… and I’m so inspired by all that I see you doing this year. Whether continuing your studies with Joan Hyman, completing your 300 hr TT, joining Hugo Abecassis, The fertile ground tt, assisting Richard and Mary, studying days on hands on assists, to raising kids, raising ourselves, submitting for competitions and endless nights, opening studios, changing jobs, facing health opportunites, and continuing to find balance, and finding all that fills our cups… While teaching on the mat- You are all so brilliant and I’m honored to share these times and spaces with you.

Whereever you’re traveling or maybe staying and supporting - wishing you a peaceful time in dark moments and more light coming.

Blending strength, mobility, and mindful release. Drawing from her background as a yoga teacher and her lifestyle as a mother, she aims to create a warm space where students of all levels feel supported to explore and expand in their practice.

Class description:

A soulful all levels practice designed to nourish both body and mind. Expect creative, feel-good movements that weave together strength and stretch, playful sequencing, and full-body release. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are. Offering accessible foundations while inviting depth and expansion for those who would like to deepen their practice. Mahela’s goal is to have you leave feeling grounded, spacious, and reconnected with your body.

Katerina is subbing Mat Pilates this Wednesday 19.45-20.45 and Friday 12.15-13.15 for … catch her this week and more to come. 🔥

Katerina is a performing artist and certified Pilates instructor from Greece, holding a degree in Dance – Performing Arts from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and certification in Matwork and Equipment Pilates from Michael King Pilates. She has taught in Greece, England, and now Switzerland, working with clients of all ages and abilities. Drawing on years of experience as a dancer and physical performer, her teaching is influenced by a variety of movement practices, focusing on flow, precision, and embodied awareness. Katerina creates a supportive and engaging environment that encourages growth, connection, and the joy of movement.
