Nach dem Probetraining und dem persönlichen
Gespräch wird ein gemeinsames Ziel definiert und in
welchem Zeitrahmen dieses erreicht werden soll. Jeder Mensch ist ein Individuum und ebenso
seine körperlichen Voraussetzungen. Daher muss das
Training auch gezielt auf die Person und Ihre Ziele
angepasst werden. Hauptsächlich im Funktionellem Training zuhause
werde ich auch viele Übungen aus dem Pilates und
Yoga einfliessen lassen und grossen Wert auf
die Beweglichkeit legen. Die Trainings werden dich
herausfordern, und du wirst immer wieder etwas
Neues erlernen.

C. B. an .. years old woman wanted to be more stable after undergoing a lot of operations to 1) walk around and 2) be able to get up if she falls. She generally has a lot of problems in her whole body, age-related.

The goal: At first she thought it’s quite nice and surely good to do something. But after a short period of time she realised that even at that age she can actually still gain a lot in stability and regular practice. So she set herself the goals of being able to stand up if she falls and be able to walk without the cane.

What kind of Training. It started with a lot of work in body perception to make her realise her mistakes, wrongful body weight shifts because of pain and to try to fix them. Then also working with the Theraband and the table as a help + chairwork mostly for the spine.

Time. We train twice per week together but mostly only 2x 30min. She tries to walk as much as she can but is not doing other Trainings.

Success. She could stand up after falling down and feels much safer walking around. Incredible success, it's nice to witness that also at that age, a lot is possible if you want it, go for it and find a good teacher. 😊

Why should you work together with a personal trainer / me?
3 profiles with 3 different goals.

C.S: « You have played an incredibly large part in this success. Mainly your push to start directly in January, good balance and structure in trainings as well as continuous positive and honest feedback and fun during training were decisive 😊. I am already looking forward to the kick-off in January 2022. »

N°1

Profile: C.S, 33 years old, wants to get in shape for his wedding. He’s not a sporty guy, did a bit here and there but never truly invested in his body. Visited my small group training once per week before. Has no pain or particular problem but stiffness and lack of body awareness.

Goal(s): Generally be fitter and stay that way. Gain muscles, lose fat but also train his flexibility. He gives us 6 months to lose 5-7K kg, combining our targeted training and a jogging plan.

How did I help him? For the shaping part we worked with a mix of pilates, functional training and also integrated weights step-by-step. For the flexibility part, we worked with a set of yoga exercises to give him length and stretch his body. My main part was to read his body, identify where it needs guidance in order for him to understand how to use it and execute the exercises properly, which means efficiently but foremost safely.

Frequency: 2x/week during 2 months, then 1x/week.

Results: -6kg / upper body shape >> « no b***s, no belly » his words ;) / slimmer face / visible results acclaimed by his entourage

Fun, broad toolbox and disciplines to achieve one’s goals, understanding of your body.

Hopefully we can soon attend the smallgrouptrainings again.....🤸🏽

Missing to feel the energy flows💥, see the working out faces, witness the progress from each participant, play the new music playlist and to exchange and laugh with people! Like this I get a direct feedback for my work and can give inputs to made it better or to bring the pace a bit down.
Can't wait to get away from this laptop screen :)
