A positive expression of Southern Cross Essence is that people can be very considerate of others. They have been through difficult times and can appreciate what others are going through without judging them. They are able to guide those who feel they are victims of life and show them their problems in another perspective. At times life does seem unfair—the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the inability to conceive, money problems—and these people are wonderful helpers at those times.

Each of us creates either a positive or a negative reality. Some create a vast amount of negativity around themselves. They feel unable to bring about positive circumstances in their lives. They often resent those who are “lucky” and successful. They may blame many people around them but never themselves for their own situations. They may be irritable, sulky or sullen with a whinging manner. They feel that the world owes them a living and had better look after them as they have been victims of circumstances beyond their control. Though these people don’t always blame others, they believe that life is against them and always expect the worst.

Also associated with this essence is poverty consciousness. The Southern Cross remedy helps to open people up to the knowledge that this can be an abundant life. Southern Cross is available as a Single Essence, and within Abund, Adol and Confid Remedy Essences.
