Ayurveda translates to ‚science or wisdom of life‘ and its base is to maintain health - physically, mentally and spiritually. During this weekend you will get to know the basics of Ayurveda, learn about the Doshas and how to start integrating this profound wisdom practically into your daily life and routines.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On Saturday you’ll concentrate on Ayurveda.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On Sunday you’ll draw to its sister sciene Yoga, theoretically and practically. You’ll learn how to integrate Ayurvedic aspects into your very own yoga practice.

Whether you are completely new to the topic or already have knowledge you’ll surely take away some new perspectives and tools.
