3 years ago I completed my singing bowl training with in , Nepal.

2 years ago I began facilitating sound journeys with , combining my training with his 30 years of experience as a musician.

Our theme this week is Letting Go.
➡️Letting go of old stories and patterns.
➡️Letting go of need for control.
➡️Letting go of expectations.

A sound journey is the perfect place to practice letting go, as you sit or lay down for an hour and simply listen.

🤳You may experience boredom and a desire to reach for your phone. Let it go.
❤️‍🩹 You may experience some emotional discomfort from a thought or memory. Let it go.
🙇 You may feel the need to wiggle or scratch an itch. Well, first, go ahead and make that adjustment, then…let it go!
🎶 You may be expecting a different musical note or rhythm to follow a pattern you think you’ve discovered, only for the music to abruptly shift…let it go.

While a sound journey may not always be pleasant, comfortable, or relaxing while you experience it, it can bring you deep feelings of relaxation, relief, and peace by the end of the journey.

Maybe you’ll leave feeling a little lighter. We hope you join us to let it all go 🙏
