Liebe alle. Ich möchte euch informieren, dass issdichfit in MOVE YOUR ASS Personal Training integriert wurde. Diese Seite wird daher nicht mehr aktualisiert. Es würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ihr mir und der Seite von MOVE YOUR ASS Personal Training ebenfalls folgen würdet. Der Fokus ist nach wie vor Gesundheit durch Prävention. Durch die Einbindung des Faktors Training wird jedoch der Grundsatz der Ganzheitlichkeit verstärkt. Das Profil auf Instagram () bleibt bestehen. Falls ihr mir dort noch nicht folgt, würde ich mich darüber natürlich auch sehr freuen 🤗.

Sometimes we tend to make things more complicated than they are. Some people associate eating healthy with rocket science 🚀 and that it’s all about lists of food that are allowed and those who aren’t and that each meal has to have a specific ratio of macro- and micronutrients 🧐. But that’s not the case. To eat healthily is as simple as counting to three 👶. The most important thing is to focus on foods that aren’t processed and are as natural as possible (like fresh from the market) 🥕🥬🍎🥦🍓🌽.
Find natural foods you like most, and mix them as you want 🌈. It’s not possible to overeat with natural food. You won’t gain weight, I promise (if you keep listening to your stomach and stop when you’re satisfied 😉). Therefore we love to eat at places like .cookery

As we spend our days at some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen 🏝, I wonder why people order soft drinks at the beach 🤷‍♂️. Even if one of the most impressive drink is all around them 🥥. Coconut water is fully packed with simple sugars, , and to replenish dehydration conditions. Besides in found to have significant anti-aging, anti-cancerogenic, and anti-thrombotic effects 😳. And best of all, it produces only biodegradable waste. No aluminum and no plastics which could pollute the ocean 🌊💙

I highly recommend eating regularly as part of a balanced diet. Because hot temperatures 🔥 and boiling harms vitamins or washes 🌊 them out, it’s a good idea to eat , 🥗 or fresh fruits 🍓 and vegetables like carrots 🥕 uncooked multiple times a week or better daily (that’s what we try to do). This way you get the most nutrients out of your diet into your body 💪.
