Grippenet.ch is a participatory surveillance system that monitors influenza-like illnesses (ILIs) in Switzerland to improve the understanding of infection transmission dynamics and to provide insights into the symptoms they cause. It was launched and implemented in Switzerland in 2016, and since 2025, it has been led by researchers from the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine (ISPM) at the University of Bern.
