Senior leaders from national and regional hospital associations within the IHF membership exchanging insights, sharing experiences, and exploring opportunities for collaboration, during the 𝗜𝗛𝗙 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁.

is off to a great start! 🚀 Day 1 was full of learning, idea-sharing, and reconnecting with colleagues. More than 1,500 participants from over 80 countries are exploring new ways to lead hospitals and improve health systems using AI, data, and technology from around the world.

The learning goes on as day 2 opened with the first Ignite Talks session, followed by a plenary session on system-wide approach to low-carbon healthcare.

Delegates will certainly go back home with new insights, fresh ideas, and inspiration to make healthcare better for all.

Energetic, enthusiastic, inspiring crowd in today's Women in Leadership interactive workshop at ! 👏

Under this year’s theme “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥”, participants listened to success stories of strength and influence, and explored how empathy and compassion fuel strong leadership.

Thank you to all those who joined us in this year's session of the IHF’s Women in Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG). We hope we inspired you to follow your own paths to leadership roles.

The room was packed for the official annual meeting of the 𝗜𝗛𝗙 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 - the formal decision-making body of the IHF. Attendees received a warm welcome to Geneva and to Congress from Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève Director-General, Robert Mardini.
