“Je m’appelle Adrian, j’ai 26 ans et je suis coach certifié et diplômé de la PT Coaching Academy. Ancien gardien de football, j’ai ensuite élargi ma pratique vers différents sports : course à pied, trail, Hyrox, Spartan Race, CrossFit et musculation.

Ma philosophie repose sur le bien bouger : apprendre à maîtriser son corps, améliorer ses performances et surtout préserver sa santé grâce au mouvement. Mon objectif est d’accompagner chacun vers une activité physique saine, adaptée et durable, que ce soit pour se dépasser, retrouver la forme ou simplement se sentir mieux au quotidien.”

He was just a kid when he joined, we’ve seen him evolve greatly and become a pretty amazing athlete in the last years 💪🏼 💚 Welcome Marcelo !!

« Hi, I’m Marcelo!

I’ve been doing CrossFit since I was 12 years old, and after 4 years of training, it has become my biggest passion. I’m from Mexico, I’ve been living in Europe for the past 8 years, including 4 in Switzerland.
I’m currently in high school and studying at CDL, but outside of school, you’ll usually find me training, riding my motorcycle, out in Geneva, or playing video games to relax.

I speak Spanish, French, and English, which lets me connect with people from all over the world.
CrossFit has shaped who I am today, and I’m excited to share my passion and energy with the community as a coach! »
