Hello, I’m Grace, founder of The Holistic Wellness Alliance and a crazy passionate well-being lover. 🌿✨

My journey has taken me from a corporate career across the United States, Switzerland, and Spain to the world of holistic health and wellness. Along the way, I’ve overcome personal challenges, which fueled my passion for helping others thrive.

As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I’ve immersed myself in their health coaching program and specialized courses on hormonal health and gut health. I’m passionate about IIN’s concept of bio-individuality—the idea that everyone is unique, constantly evolving, and deserving of a personalized approach to wellness. We are not cookie-cutter humans, and our health journeys shouldn’t be either.

That is why, I am here to share my favorite nourishing recipes, tips for balancing hormones and living healthy, and insights from my active lifestyle to help you thrive. Because yes, I am a devoted mountain and sea lover who spends every second she can climbing mountains, skiing down slopes, or swimming in the ocean. The mountains ground me, while the sea renews my spirit, reminding me that balance and vitality come from connecting with both nature and myself.

We are staying in the beautiful Mazots de La Source surrounded by amazing views and landscapes, we will go for walks together, get some wild plants, prepare meals and meditate…indulge deeper into yoga practices and breath work. We will also prepare ourselves for the autumn season…we will check our mindset and remove negative thinking patterns.
