We are two active, innovative Mums in our best years (that’s what we like to believe anyway) and we have been into healthy foods and cooking for a couple of years now, throwing workshops and fun cooking events with our friends to share experience and to experiment with new foods, textures and tastes. After integrating the famous green smoothies into our daily lives - and even getting our kids to try and like them – we have dug deeper into the plantbased nutrition issue by simply trial-and-error. We both agree that we live happier lives now, embracing sustainability and consciousness of what and how we consume. The ingredients we use are mainly regional, where possible organic and exclusively food-additive free. Bottom line is WE LOVE WHAT WE DO and our aim is to take you with us on our journey to a healthier and happier life! Let us show you that there are fantastic options that taste great and minimize the environmental impact – for guilt-free indulgence and untamed lust for life. Today and tomorrow. Plants rock!
