On the first day of Winter, as the cold wrapped the world outside (first snow fall in October!!!), a circle of wonderful souls gathered in my studio. We moved our bodies, shared some stories, touched a bit of paint and entered a zone of safety and beauty. In that ambiance, a deeper sharing could take place - with no judgements and no regrets! I'm so lucky to be doing what I am doing!

The studio's walls are covered with stories - layers of colors, countless frames. and splashes of paint. Then, as the season comes to an end, the wooden boards are renewed, waiting for the next chapters to unfold in the hands of my clients.

היי, שמי הדס ואני פסיכותרפיסטית משוויץ. יחד עם קולגה מברצלונה, פסיכותרפיסטית CBT ומטפלת באומנות גם כן, יצרנו סדנה מקוונת בת חמישה מפגשים לנשים ישראליות שמתגוררות בחו״ל.

החיים בחו״ל וההתרחשויות הדרמטיות האחרונות מזמנים לנו אתגרים, בנוסף למורכבות של החיים מחוץ לישראל.

ניצור רשת קשרים איכותית ונשתף בסיפור המעברים שלנו , תוך כדי התנסות בכלים חווייתיים מעולם היצירה וה-CBT. בסדנה תהיה לנו הזדמנות לערוך את הסיפור האישי שלנו ולחשוב על המשך ראוי של המסע בעולם.

הנרשמות ישתתפו בקבוצת ווטסאפ אינטימית בה נשתף כלים מעולם הטיפול האינטגרטיבי ובה יהיה מקום לכל אחת להביע את הגוון הייחודי אותו היא מביאה.
