Practice, but take into account the time you have, the space you have and the circumstances of life. Broaden the scope of your practice - asanas, meditation, pranayama, chanting, study of texts, contemplation, introspection.
This moment belongs to you, everything you discover on your own, everything that is revealed to you will have a different flavour and will be infinitely precious. Your practice is intimate and is nobody's business but yours.
Detach yourself from all expectations, leave behind any idea of what your practice should look like. You embody your practice - the way you live is a reflection of your practice, your practice is a reflection of your life, everything is connected.
If you encounter resistance, I would advise you to do two things
1. Read or re-read the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
2. Place your mat in your living room and every time you step on it - do something. Carte blanche - everything is welcome.
I'm looking forward to meeting you again - this time also reminds me of the priceless value of being able to usually be together and share all this.
Stay sane!
