Next Om and Brunch : 15th October

Our next yoga / brunch will be an "ode" to Ayurveda from the delicious food to the practice itself .

Whether you are used to step on the mat or it is your very first time, the practice is tailored made to your own need and to your own need... as we are all unique.

Anou, our Chef, comes from an Ayurvedic and vegetarian lignage and she sets herself the goal to turn each of her dish a burst of colours, joy and flavour.

The best part and the reason why we are making this happen: the community we are bringing together. The kind and compassionate one, friends you can make and keep after the class :)

Hiya!

The OM and Brunch Club is back for 2023! Our intention? Still the same as ever: practicing, moving together and then get to know each other over a delicious brunch :)

Our resolution: including different practices, perhaps a Qi Gong one leading by a Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher (yes not me - I keep to my speciality : yoga). What do you think of that?

Our next class will be on 29th January at 10 am, followed by Brunch at Alive! My promise to you: an energising and relaxing practice followed by a great brunch to get to know awesome people. Nothing can go wrong with this equation :)

Our new pop up studio - a bright and airy space where we can gather, practice pranayama and asana poses. A place to gather, a place to relax, a place to step on the mat and let go of the ego.
