Different sounds affect the system in different ways.

It’s not random.

Continuous, repetitive sounds — like water —
can help slow internal rhythms.

They give the system something stable to follow.

This can support settling,
especially when the mind is active or the body is tense.

More irregular sounds — like birds —
do something different.

They introduce variation.

They keep the system slightly alert,
but without overload.

This supports orientation and awareness.

Neither is “better”.

They simply support different states.

This is also why sound, when used with precision,
can influence attention, perception, and internal regulation.

Not by forcing an effect —
but by shaping the conditions in which the system operates.

Most people don’t come to sound because they want to “learn sound.”

They come because something doesn’t feel right.

Too much tension.
Too much thinking.
Not enough space.

That was my starting point too.

Sound was not a solution.
It was a doorway.

A way to begin listening differently.

Not analysing.
Not trying to fix.

Just creating the conditions for the system to settle.

From there, something changes.

Not because you force it.

But because you can finally perceive what is already there.

Most people think listening means hearing sound.

But in practice, something more subtle often happens.

During a sound session, many people are still thinking — following the sound, analysing it, or simply staying mentally engaged with it. They are hearing, but not yet fully listening.

Listening begins when attention starts to settle.

As the mind becomes quieter, awareness often shifts toward the body. Breathing becomes more noticeable, internal sensations appear more clearly, and there is often a sense of being more present.

From this point, sound is no longer just something we hear externally. It becomes something that helps us perceive ourselves more directly.

This is why sound can sometimes feel so powerful.

Not because it creates an experience, but because it can help reveal what is already there.

And often, from that shift, a sense of clarity begins to emerge.

You do not always need more advice.

Sometimes you need a system that can settle.

A lot of people are not lacking information.

They already know:
• what they should do
• what they need to change
• what is not working anymore

And yet…
they still feel:
• tense
• mentally overloaded
• emotionally saturated
• disconnected from themselves
• unable to fully relax

Why?

Because understanding is not always enough when the system is still overactivated.

You can know a lot
and still not feel safe enough inside to slow down.

That is often where the real work begins.

Not by forcing more change.
Not by adding more mental strategies.
But by helping the body and nervous system settle enough for something else to become possible:

clarity

presence

a more direct relationship with yourself

This is one of the reasons sound can be so powerful.

Not because it “fixes” you.
But because it can help create the conditions for:
• regulation
• listening
• embodiment
• and inner reorganisation

Sometimes the next step is not to think more.

Sometimes it is to listen differently.

Why some people can’t relax — even when nothing is “wrong”

A lot of people think the problem is:
“I think too much.”

But often the deeper issue is this:

the system doesn’t know how to settle anymore.

So even when life looks relatively fine on the outside, inside there is still:
• tension in the body
• mental overactivity
• shallow breathing
• emotional noise
• difficulty switching off

This is why “trying to relax” often doesn’t work.

Because relaxation is not something you can force through willpower.

It often begins when the system is given the right conditions to slow down, orient, and feel safe enough to soften.

This is one of the reasons sound can be so powerful.

Not because it is magical.
Not because it “fixes” you.

But because it can help organise attention, support the breath, and bring awareness back into the body.

And when that happens, something important often becomes possible again:

listening

And from listening, often:

clarity

That is the foundation of Swiss Sound Therapy.

If this speaks to you, you’re probably not looking for more noise.

You’re looking for a way back to yourself.

Sound is more than something we hear.
It is something we enter.

Through overtone singing, the voice creates multiple frequencies at once. These vibrations speak directly to the nervous system, bypass the analytical mind, and invite the body into a different state of being.

You do not need to understand it.
You only need to feel it.

Allow the sound to move through you, soften inner tension, and reconnect you to a deeper, more coherent inner space.

This is sound used intentionally — as a tool for regulation, presence, and inner alignment.

A simple 20-minute sound session brought a remarkable shift.
By placing my leg between two singing bowls and striking them gently, the vibration travelled through the tissues, calming the nerves and releasing natural endorphins.
The pain eased, my body relaxed, and I could finally breathe again.

One session is helpful.
A series of three sessions, one week apart, supports deeper and longer-lasting relief.

Even a few seconds of toning can awaken sensitivity in your body and reconnect you to your natural energy flow.

Try it now: close your eyes, make a gentle tone, and feel the vibration inside.

🎧 Sound is the shortcut to presence.

Humanity has forgotten how to listen.
We analyse, interpret, and name — but rarely feel.

Sound is more than what enters the ears.
It’s vibration that moves through every cell, reminding us that the body itself is an instrument of perception.

When we listen with our whole being, thought becomes still… and we begin to remember.

🎵 Reawaken your inner resonance.

Overthinking blocks what truly heals you.
Because the more we live in our head, the harder it becomes to feel the light within us.

Sound doesn’t heal by itself — it amplifies and connects what’s already inside.
It bridges your mind, body, and heart, helping you access your inner healer in a direct and powerful way.

The heart is the real healer.
It brings everything together — your emotions, your energy, your truth.
But when the mind takes over, that connection fades.

Sound cuts through the noise.
It helps you drop into your body, awaken your heart, and remember your own light.

So next time you play or listen to sound, don’t just focus on the technique.
Feel it from the heart.
That’s where healing begins.

A little bit about Othman Haddad (a.k.a Otto)

Imagine that your Mind becomes your friend instead of your enemy. How would you feel about having a lot of energy, taking control of your health and being satisfied with everything you do?

Does it sound like a Fairy Tale to you? Yes to me too, but there is more to it!

My name is Othman Haddad (a.k.a Otto) and since a very young age, my personal journey involved hanging suspended between two worlds: the logic of my mind and the emotions of my heart.
