The Germans have been told to have a stock of at least 10 days of food at home. If the government tells you to stock up on food, I certainly would not stop at 10 days worth. Evidently Chancelor Scholz will speak on TV to the country on Sunday evening no doubt announcing sanctions against Russia, essentially declaring an economic war.

The reasons are not clearly stated, but they are precisely related to the war waged by russia
