We closed out the year in Phoenix, Arizona with last event of 2025, the IBRA Advanced Course Upper Extremity Trauma: Fracture Management of the Elbow, Wrist and Hand.

This course featured an interactive theoretical session followed by an extensive practical part with the opportunity for participants to work with pre-fractured specimens. โœ… Objective: Review a series of seven cases treated by endoscopic Flexor Hallucis Longus (FHL) transfer in chronic Achilles tendon rupture and describe the surgical technique.โ€‹
โœ… Methodology: Case series study at a tertiary university hospital, reviewing seven patients with factors such as age, comorbidities, and prior treatments. Postoperative follow-up included functional assessment and MRI in most cases.โ€‹
