This year taught me something simple, but powerful:
we live in a world that moves fast —
information, opinions, trends, decisions.

And the real challenge today
is not losing your own inner compass.

I noticed how easy it is to stay busy,
to feel productive, to always be “on” —
and still drift away from what actually matters.🫶

This year reminded me:
real growth doesn’t come from speed.
It comes from depth.

Less noise.
More clarity.
Less pressure.
More direction.

As you move into the new year, I hope you give yourself permission to slow down, think deeper, and stay true to what really matters to you. Growth isn’t about doing more — it’s about choosing better.

If this resonates with you, take a moment today to reflect on what you want to carry forward and what you’re ready to leave behind. Your clarity is your strength. ✨

𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫 🤍

Sports may not be important to you — and that’s okay. 🤷‍♀️
But please respect that it is essential to my physical health, my mental health, and my overall well-being. 🙌

Honestly? It’s also essential for my ability to function in society and not lose my mind on a daily basis. 😂🤪

Going to the gym is more than just a hobby for me — it’s a lifestyle and a non-negotiable part of my routine. 📌
Training helps me release stress, clear my head, and stay balanced in my busy everyday life. 💪

I usually train about 4 times per week on average.

How often do you hit the gym? 🏋️‍♀️

This is why protein helps you burn fat. 🔥

Your body burns calories just by digesting food —
that’s called the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF).

In simple terms:

🥑 Fats: burn about 0–3%
🍞 Carbs: burn about 5–10%
🥚🍗 Protein: burn about 20–30%

So when you eat more protein,
your body literally works harder and burns more calories.

That’s why protein keeps you fuller, supports fat loss
and helps your metabolism do its job.

It’s not about eating less.
It’s about eating smarter.

Let’s build your metabolism the smart way. 🚀
Message me “COACHING” and let’s talk.

Stop trusting your smartwatch for calories. ⛔️⌚️

A Stanford study found that most smartwatches are wildly inaccurate when it comes to estimating calorie burn — sometimes off by huge margins.

Not because the devices are “bad”.
But because calorie burn is incredibly complex and can’t be measured properly with one sensor on your wrist.

So using your watch to decide how much you should eat?
Not the move.

Here’s what actually works 👇

Track your real intake.
If you’re currently eating intuitively or without strict macros — perfect.

1️⃣ Write down what you normally eat for 1–2 weeks
2️⃣ Keep your habits consistent
3️⃣ Watch what your bodyweight does

• Weight stays roughly the same? → That’s your maintenance
• Weight drops? → You’re in a deficit
• Weight climbs? → You’re in a surplus

Your watch or an online calculator only shows what the average person with your stats might need.
That has nothing to do with your actual metabolism, lifestyle, stress level, hormones, sleep, or habits.

Once you truly know your maintenance,
you finally have control:
fat loss, muscle gain — or both 💁🏼‍♀️

👉 Save this post so you don’t forget it.
👉 Share it with someone who still trusts their watch too much.
👉 And if you want help finding your real maintenance, send me a DM with the word “START”.

January 2nd.
The day when the “New Year, New Me” energy meets… real life. 😅

If you already:
• missed a workout
• ate something that wasn’t on your “perfect plan”
• didn’t wake up at 5am feeling like a new human

Congrats. You’re normal.
And you’re still doing great. 💛

Real progress doesn’t start with perfection.
It starts with showing up again today —
even if yesterday wasn’t perfect.

One walk.
One solid meal.
One glass of water.
That’s enough to move the needle.

2026 isn’t built in one day.
It’s built in all these small, quiet decisions you make —
especially on days like today.

Save this for when motivation dips
and remind yourself:
Consistency > Perfection.

31/12/2025

With that, the 2025 season comes to an end.

This year wasn’t about trophies or stages.
It was about becoming.

About showing up on the hard days.
Choosing growth when it was uncomfortable.
Staying consistent when no one was watching.
Making quiet progress that doesn’t make noise — but changes everything.

2025 shaped me deeply.
As a mom trying to hold it all together.
As a woman learning to trust her own timing.
As a coach building something honest, sustainable, and real.

My biggest thank you goes to my partner — my strongest support, my anchor, my reminder that I don’t have to do this alone.
And to my family, my clients, my friends, and everyone who walked this year with me: thank you for the trust, the patience, and the love. 🤍

I’m not leaving this season tired.
I’m leaving it steadier.
Clearer.
Ready.

If you’re juggling work, family, responsibilities, and everyone else’s needs —
this is your reminder:

Life isn’t always easy.
But every day you get another chance.
A chance to take care of yourself.
A chance to grow.
A chance to move one small step closer to the life and body you want.

As this year slowly comes to an end,
it’s okay to pause —
to look at how far you’ve come,
and still allow yourself to want more.

Be grateful for where you are —
and still keep your eyes on what’s next.

That balance?
That’s where real change starts. ✨

Between all the chaos this year, this moment felt important.
