In June this year, Dr Eugenios Alargof have had to remove an inflatable pe**le implant. He was not able to re-insert a new pe**le implant during the same surgery, so he went for a soft pe**le implant to avoid any in the leading to a tricky re-insertion of a new inflatable pe**le implant or **leimplant few months later.
After six months he decided to reimplant an inflatable pe**le implant. The procedure was simple, and we didn’t use . He performed a , opened the corpus cavernous, removed the 11 mm soft pe**le implant . Then, he made an easy dilatation up to 13, and insert the inflatable pe**le implant .
👉🏼 Easy procedure, not bleeding, no need of cavernotome, no stress... all went smoothly 👐🏼💯
