The Christmas markets, oh the Christmas markets! So popular now that they are even being sold as top tourist destinations around the world.

Christmas markets in Europe are known to be the best in the world, and although Luzern’s markets may not reach the likes of Strasbourg or Dresden, they are still great to enjoy that cosy Christmassy feel that invokes nostalgia, are a celebration of culture, tradition and community and the savouring of seasonal delights. Glühwein anyone?

As the heat is still around, our Lili Centre team got an idea to have Iced Coffee! Tests are done :) and coffee is ready to go. So, if you're around or wish to have something fresh 'to go' or at the centre, The LiLi Centre's Full Flavor Ice Coffee is ready for you!

The centre is open from 9:00 to 13:00 - though you can also get it during the events!

A day before, we hosted a private event at the Lili Centre for the employees of different International companies, ensuring they receive the necessary support at the first step of moving to a new Country and city. We packed our books, shared information and answered all questions during the evening. We are very grateful for all the volunteers who joined the event to make sure it ran smoothly!

What a celebration of Midsummer we had at the Lili Centre!

We had our 5th annual Midsummer fiesta at the centre last weekend! What a celebration! It started as a wish to feel close to home, and ended up as a tradition. For five years, nothing changed, just people, flower crowns, laughter, songs, and experiences.

A shout out to our photographer, Maria Nowrot, who volunteered to do portraits and captured moments from the event. Same as shout out to our two ladies: Lisse-Lotte Hermansson & Petraviciute Lina - who for the fifth Year made Midsummer journey so personal but so approachable to all.
