Try these three simple breath techniques to ease burnout and restore energy: 1) Box Breathing — inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4 (2–4 rounds). 2) 4-7-8 Reset — inhale 4, hold 7, exhale 8 (repeat 3 times). 3) Energizing Bellows — short, rhythmic inhales and exhales through the nose for 20–30 seconds. Each one fits into a coffee break and calms the nervous system like a soft pause.
