20 years of coaching have taught me one thing.

At Carpe Diem, my work has long focused on functional strength, EMS, and Power Plate, helping women become stronger, more resilient, and confident in their bodies.
In 2025, I completed STOTT Pilates teacher training and added Reformer Pilates to the studio.
Not as a replacement, but as a natural extension of what we already do.
