As a rapidly growing tech company, we are seeking a Digital Marketing expert to scale our strategic marketing efforts. As a Marketing expert, you will lead, develop, and manage the overall marketing vision and strategies of the company and drive results. You will oversee the company’s digital footprint, community relations, demand generation activities, marketing campaigns, special events, management of a team. Having worked in the well-being and mental health field is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans, defining what support is needed to reach objectives
Create and implement the positioning, branding, and launch strategy of new products and services
Develop compelling value propositions that drive distinct competitive advantages for selling new and existing products
Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns
Create and manage content marketing strategy
Stay up to date with the latest technology and practices
Keep the marketing budget in check
Prepare, design, and post social media posts
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
Produce and present ongoing tracking, measurement, KPI, and ROI analysis for the team’s marketing initiatives and campaigns
