Sometimes it’s not about fixing your thoughts.
It’s about shifting how you feel in your body first.
One of my clients came into a session completely stuck in negative spiraling —
feeling unsafe, uncertain, and out of control.
And instead of trying to “think positive”…
we worked through the body.
Movement. Release. Reconnection.
And from there — clarity, confidence, and a sense of inner stability started to emerge again.
