🐎🔥 The Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎
The Chinese New Year arrives on the second new moon after the winter solstice — and this year carries powerful, fiery energy.
With the Fire Horse comes intensity, instability and wild emotion. We must learn to tame our galloping, untrained minds, release what no longer serves us and
become the rider of this powerful horse — so we are not trampled by it.
So what does this mean for our health?
For us at Boddhi Clinic, it means returning to our non-negotiable physiological needs — the simple, daily foundations that keep our bodies stable and resilient. It sounds easy. It’s not.
We identified 12 daily commitments that stabilise physiology and we are committing to these over the next 12 new moons — slowly upgrading our physiology month by month, and you are more than welcome to join us!
✨ Our commitment this month:
A very large glass of room-temperature water immediately upon waking. No more crawling from bed straight to the coffee machine!
