Swasti, a qualified Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR), PCMK Coach, Healer, Feng Shui design Consultant, loves to call herself the Founder Igniter at ‘Conscious Transformations'. Her core philosophy “each of us has a spark within, which when ignited changes the course of our lives. “

She had been a corporate professional for over 10 years before she decided to quit to start something of her own. The decision wasn’t an easy one for her, but her growing sense of “there got to be more to life“ was the key catalyst. Little did she know that she was embarking on a life transformational journey & unconsciously committing herself to ceaseless & seamless internal work. LIttle about her journey-

As destiny had carved it, first 2 month encounter with ‘Yoga’ was sufficient for me to realize & acknowledge my need to experience some form of energy work. On one of these searches I stumbled upon ‘Serenity Surrender’. Doing the basic workshop shifted my perception of life forever. It was a life changing experience for me. This growing sense of clarity, trust & intuition paved my way to doing a few more of Serenity Surrender workshops. I was then becoming increasingly aware of the forces that were propelling me in my spiritual journey. I learnt a few other healing modalities like ‘Crystal Healing’, ‘Bach Flower Therapy’, ‘Meditation’. Soon I was guided through my Claire conscience to start conducting group meditation sessions & healing practice. Thereafter, I trained under Betska Burr & John Burr, Directors at ‘Coaching And Leadership International’ as a PCMK coach. I specialize in Life, Spiritual, Relationship & Executive coaching. I, now apply holistic transformational methodology in all my sessions which are completely customized for my clients. Work Domain

Almost everyone experiences symptoms of anxiety at some point or other, and is able to handle brief episodes pretty well. It is generally when this sense of overwhelm and distress continues unabated over an extended period and interferes with life that it could become one of the many types of anxiety disorders.

Women are more than twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with anxiety disorders. Timely recognition and management of early signs of stress hold the key to living a healthier, fuller life.

Here are some common coping techniques:

Mindfulness has become so much more than just a personal practice, it’s a movement… a self-awareness movement!

In my six-plus years of mindfulness training, and being a stress reduction teacher and a professional coach, more women than men have accompanied me on this journey. Perhaps it depicts how women are more curious to explore unfamiliar territories. They seem to be more willing to find that inner source of awareness and develop agency that helps navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. They are focused on living more mindfully and in learning to do so, acquiring crucial life skills that hold the capacity to transform not just individuals, but also communities.
